Quality Management

Quality Philosophy

Quality management is not only the foundation for a company's survival and development, but also a key factor in enhancing competitiveness and achieving sustainable development. We prioritize quality management strategically, continuously improving and optimizing our quality management systems to meet ever- changing market demands and customer expectations. Strong quality management drives customer satisfaction, protects our reputation, and underpins long-term profitability.

Quality Policy

Goal 1: No Defective Products Manufactured

"No defective products manufactured"

emphasizes preventing defective products from being produced in the first place, through scientific management and standardized operations. Key measures to achieve this goal include:

Quality Awareness Cultivation: Total participation, ensuring every employee understands quality standards and operating procedures.
Standardized Operations Procedures: Reducing human error through the development of operating procedures and work instructions (SOPs).
Process Control: Emphasizing the development and management of SIPs, conducting rigorous inspections from IQC (Incoming Quality Control) to IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) to QA (Quality Assurance) for shipment, promptly identifying potential problems.Continuous Improvement: Continuously optimizing processes through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to reduce the defect rate.

Goal 2: No Defective Products Leaving the Factory

"No defective products leaving the factory" emphasizes ensuring all outputs meet quality requirements before products or services are delivered to customers. Measures to achieve this include:
Inspection and Testing: Conducting rigorous inspections before shipment to ensure products meet standards.
Customer Feedback Mechanism: Establishing complaint and feedback channels to promptly address quality issues and prevent defective products from impacting customer experience.
Supply Chain Management: Implementing quality control over suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet requirements.

Closed-loop management: Through full-chain monitoring and information systems, the entire process from material intake to shipment is traceable.
